e bay leaves a lot to be desired. I tried to correct an item. It was for the right side of a tesla roof Moulding and I was sent a left roof midg. I gave ample notice that it was the wrong one and was totally ignored. This has happened a few times. No wonder people are irate with your company. There is no way to communicate a discrepancy. People are ignored and get very frustrated with dealing with eBay. What don`t you have a flesh and blood person available to fix the discrepancy. Is that to hard??? How about a phone no. to dial or the company just can`t take constructive criticism. Your welcome for the input. Impossibe to communicate!!!!!!
