i never recieved my item fedex says it was delivered but it was not delivered to my house per the picture on fedex web site when i contacted fedex they said the tracking # that seller provided did not match my name or address i requested a refund EBAY denied my refund saying it was delivered why do i have to pay for something that i never got it was not my mistake i think this is very unfair ive been a ebay member over 25 years and have never had a problem has anyone else had this problem and is this their new way of doing business ive tried contacting them by phone but cant and have filed an appeal
