delete a removed listing

how can I delete a listing from my unsold lists that have been removed for policy violation. I understand and will not be relisting these items, but I want to delete them from my unsold items.

Go to your unsold items page  https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/ended?status=UNSOLD_NOT_RELISTED

Tick the box next to the listing(s) you want to delete. At the top of the page the actions drop down will become active. The delete option is there.

That is normally how I delete unsold items., but these were removed by eBay and the boxes won’t highlight.  There is nothing to tick and then get to remove these items.
