Upon checking the tracking for a baseball card sent through eBay's Authenticity program, it appears as 'customized.' Despite this, it is being dispatched to me. However, I did not purchase a customized card. What options do I have for recourse?

Customized could mean it contains a relic (jersey swatch) or signature.

"Cards [with relics, patches, aftermarket signatures or autographs that were placed on the card in person] can be authenticated, but the authenticity of the embedded relic, autograph, patch, etc., cannot be guaranteed"

@skulls_finds. Adding to my fellow Mentors answer.... if you receive the card and it's not the same as in the photo then you can file a not as described refund request within 3 days of the date of delivery.
Trading cards only have a 3 day return window.
