credit card fraud

I got two high fraudulant chargers to my credit card from ebay, who do I contact about this

Contact your credit card company to report the fraudulent charges.

I did that off course, but how were they able to do that thru ebay?  the two charges come from ebay. should I change anything from my ebay account?

Have your credit card company cancel your current card and they can reissue you a new one.

Change your Ebay password.

eBay can only help you if the unauthorized charges were made using your eBay account -- in which case, change your eBay password, check your account details closely for any changes, and contact eBay.

If someone obtained your card number and used to make a purchase using someone else's eBay account, contacting your card issuer is the proper way to deal with that.
