Is there a complaints department within Ebay? I have a chat transcript where the Ebay agent told me to close out my claim and return claim and she did so incorrectly apparently. NOW, I cant seem to get anyone to reopen my claim/case. They have admitted their fault but I am getting nowhere. To top this, the Seller is comitting Freaud and they dont want to hear about it. I even offered pictures and documentation. I need to get a hold of someone in Ebay headquarters that can help.

Thank you I finally found an email address for the CEO and the compliance chief since no one at eBay is paying any attention to any of this and I am out $219 due to fraud

I am reluctant to even post this, but the advice I was given was that you should contact Customer Support again and ask to speak to a Supervisor. I was told the Supervisor could look into the messages and determine what should be done.
I don't have much faith in that advice and I'm not sure I have much more faith in your ability to get a response from eBay corporate offices. One thing that I am sure would get some response would be if you opened an arbitration dispute with eBay. See the Legal section of the User Agreement for how to do that.
