Right now your store name is the same as your user ID. I assume if you change your user ID, you will also try changing your store name.
When you change your store name, the URL does not change. So your web address will always have your existing store name in it.
If you have repeat buyers, it may be harder for them to find you, since they would look by searching for items under today's ID.
Other than that, I can't think of any other issues.
