How do I change my payment option so it forces me to go to PayPal directly rather than just charging PayPal and just pickling a payment option that I don't know is being picked? It could end up picking a payment option where funds are unavailable. I'm having a hard time getting a hold of someone to talk to through Ebay. I'm not a seller, I'm a buyer just purchasing when I need or want to.
