I can't activate the send command on a return for a defective device. Send command grayed out, all eBay help tips, refer me to hyperlink return pages that I have the problem with.

In order to use the Return Request within 30 days from date of delivery:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase History >> find the item, then click on "Return item" in the drop down menu on the right.

Follow the instructions, make sure you specify the reason why you are returning the item.

You should be provided with a return shipping label.

If not, a few days later you can return to your Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
