cannot create categories in my store

I think I am doing everything Ebay says to do but I cannot create new categories.

Any help or ideas would be great.

I am sorry that is happening. It seems to be a current tech issue. I've seen several reports.

If you are able to report, please do

On this page, scroll to the bottom and click the ?

Select Report a technical problem

Type in the box that you get an error on this page https://www.ebay.com/sh/str/category

Select "Selling"

Click Sent
