cannot check off boxes on ebay checkmark doesn't appear

when it's time to delete a item in checkbox  the checkmark doesn,t work when i try?Or doesn't appear?

hello! I tried  other pc    did not work    I  can't   click  the box to delete the items in ebay? weird ?

My  new pc  won't even  do it ?   i thought it was because mt computer I was using was old?
