cannot alter negative feedback given a seller and I want to

I entered negative feedback for a seller, it seemed to be accurate at the time. The seller called me and provided some helpful assistance. I wanted to change my feedback and cannot talk to a real person to change my feedback.  I may have been mistaken when making the feedback

Contact the seller and ask them to send you a Feedback Revision request.

I did three hours ago, they did it immediately. It never appeared in my feedback list of options and hasn't come to my email either. The seller cannot find a real person to talk to and neither can I. I tried to change the feedback as the details developed and changed and I am unable to break loose of the circles ebay sends me in.

If the seller sent you the Feedback Revision request, it would come in your Ebay messages.
