Immediately after selling the item I realized a typo, and I contacted the buyer and told them I needed to cancel the order. I completely refunded in full.
3 times I clicked on the item and cancelled it, I got a message ebay would review within a few hours or days. Several days later I did it again. Now it has been over 30 days, and I don't see any phone number for ebay or anyway to get this off my sold list.
any help is appreciated.
P.s. I had one other order I cancelled, and this did not happen. Honestly, I am new and I can't remember if I did them exactly the same, but I did look up how to cancel before doing it, and thought I had done it correctly.
