I received a reminder to pay for a purchase that I did not make. Let's cut to the chase........the seller has been wonderful but he says I need to cancel the purchase because he would be charged the fees. I have tried calling ebay with no luck and I'm getting upset about this whole thing. So.......how do I cancel a transaction that's waiting for payment?
Buyers cannot cancel a transaction, only sellers can. Tell your seller to cancel the transaction and use the reason "Buyer changed mind.." and they will get their fees back.
