I Purchased an item and I want to cancel and the seller has agreed to cancel however the option has gone away on both ends of this transaction so how do we move forward to cancel?

Only the seller can cancel from their end - if it hasn't shipped they should be able to cancel unless it's older than 30 days.
Did you already send them one of those 3-day cancel requests that they have to accept?
