cancel an order after refusing the cancellation

Buyer asked to cancel a purchase as they "bid by accident". I declined the cancel request. Buyer cannot/will not pay. I want to cancel the item to close the issue but haven't found a way. Any suggestions?.. Thx

When the buyer hasn’t paid within 4 days, on the 5th day you can go to your Seller Hub to cancel the transaction using the “Buyer hasn't paid” reason.
