i am at fault: i listed the item wrong
told customer, they had already paid though.
the customer put a return through.
i accepted return, maybe i should have looked harder on how to cancel order.
found cancel order button, but 'return exists' message popping up.
customer wants refund, i do not want to send/have to have customer send back.
what can i do now? is it too late?
it would be silly and costly for us both to send a shipping label back and forth..

You cannot cancel the transaction when there is an open Return Request. You will need to respond to the request. To issue a refund, go to the case in your Returns dashboard and choose Refund buyer.
