can't connect with someone in Support services, even in Chat.  There's a technical problem preventing the seller from selling to a buyer's state, when there's no restriction in my setting.   how can i connect with a live agent, instead of a useless bot, that can't even parse a simple sentence?

The shipping is not specified.  It needs to be fixed before anyone can make a purchase.

The shipping defaulted to a base weight based on one unit, not six as specified in the lot. The weight multiplied by six units, was 140 lbs, and it wouldn't allow me to place the overall weight of all the units.   I had to change the shipping incurred by the buyer to free shipping, in order for the buyer to buy, incurring a 130.00 cost.  In the past, I could put the actual weight of the more than one units being shipped. However, I can't now.
