can’t add video to my listing

help. can’t find any way to add video.

@kentheckman   You can not revise a listing to add a video that has open offers or bids on an auction. 

You can only ADD a video to listings that were created with the Advanced Listing tool located in Seller Hub.  

You need to use the Advanced Listing Tool that is located in Seller Hub to have the add video option in the photo section when CREATING your listing on a computer.

To access Seller Hub:

1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

2. Click Start Using Seller Hub

3. Then, go here to your active listings page to create a listing:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.

Video Format Requirements
The maximum supported video size is 150 MB
The maximum upload resolution is 1080p
Supported output resolutions are 240p, 360p, 480p, and 720p
MP4 file types- MPEG-4 Part 10 or Advanced Video Coding (MPEG-4 AVC)
Providing links to YouTube or other video platforms is not supported
Listings with variations do not support videos
