Ebay does not handle transactions for items found on other website. No legitimate seller would require payment with Ebay gift cards....Ebay gift cards are used solely to pay for Ebay purchases.

You are dealing with a criminal trying to steal your money. Report the fraudulent ad to Facebook.

Best way to buy a truck is go look at it, inspect it, test drive it, and if it meets with your approval pay the seller in person when you receive the title.
