I was high bidder on a saddle and the shipping was almost double and before I bid on the saddle I contacted the seller and asked her if she would give me a cheaper shipping rate . She agreed to and after becoming the high bidder she send me a higher shipping rate in a new invoice of 50 dollars more and I refused to pay . I asked her multiple times to just send back the original invoice and she would not. I have called ebay 3 times now and now she has cancelled the order. ebay will not do anything about it and refused to do anything about it except to tell me all I can do is keep asking her for an invoice. why cant she be punished some way for not going through with an agreement and it is all documented through ebay emails. ?
