How do you handle a buyer that files a false claim for damages when in fact it was exactly as described?
The baseball card was advertised as having creases and the pictures showed 8 creases on it. When in contact with buyer they were more upset that I made a profit on shipping costs. They were willing to keep the card if I refunded $10 to them.
Ebay was of no help, they were more concerned about me maintaining my good seller profile. Agent assured me they would pay for shipping, email I received looks like it will come out of my funds

If you do not want to offer a partial refund, accept the return and do not refund until it is back. If buyer falsified the reason for the return, you can report them, also try to appeal the refund, and block them from your sales in the future.

I did report them, eBay has not taken action after 9 days. They were more concerned about my seller ratings than dealing with fraudulent claims

Did you report them here, if so that's about the best you can do.
Next REPORT the buyer for abuse of the ebay MBG.

Then after you report the buyer you appeal the case:
