buyer opened return for does not fit and then opened case as not as described

Buyer opened a return reason does not fit and claimed they could not return buyer called ebay they gave him 21 business day to return Item then buyer open case return was closed and case was taken as item not as described I don't understand how it was changed it was originally does not fit ebay closed the case in buyers favor I appealed and they denied me I now have a defect on my account I have been selling for 14 years this has never happened to me returns usually go smooth I even did what ebay rep told me to this is not right I don't under stand why ebay hasn't protected me.  I have reached out to buyer and of course no response. I have called and spoke to several ebay reps one even said my case was done wrong because I was handled like an out of country seller as they first put a hold on my account for 5 days which is not normal.  I still can't get any help how can a buyer open a return reason as Item doesn't fit and then a case as item isn't described and now I have no item back my money is gone I paid for a shipping label in the transaction and now I have a defect on a perfect ebay account before this

They can only open 1 case through Ebay and if the case was closed, they can't open another one.

Did they open a INAD case through Pay Pal or their credit card?

No all I know is it was a return I sent buyer shirt they ordered and then they opened a return doesn't fit ebay told me the buyer needed a label but it should have been provided in the return the rep told me I had to wait for return then the next thing I know a return closed case opened different reason item not as described they refunded buyer with my money let them keep shirt I tried to appeal it but they said appeal didn't change anything I work very hard to have no defects and keep my feedback percentage up.  The rep I spoke to yesterday said people in ebay messed up on my situation told me that he would work on a manual fix but take a couple weeks at the time of our conversation I had no defects now I have a defect I feel completely let down by ebay
