how do I put this buyer on my account so she can't bid on anything of mine again?

Put thi defaulting member's ID on your Blocked Bidder List.  That stops them from ever buying from you again.

Cancel this current purchase with a nonpayment strike on the 5th day by canceling their purchase with the reason "buyer hasn't paid".

Block future purchases by all eBayers with at least 2 Unpaid Item Strikes in the last 12 months.

Hopefully by now you have cancelled the transaction due to "buyer didn't pay".

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:
