A buyer made a false claim about condition of an item. I have photo evidence to disprove the claim. I have tried help and contact but unable to resolve issue EBAY seems to be seller unfriendly of late and backs the buyer. Can anyone suggest how to contact genuine seller help?

eBay wants sellers to accept the return AND supply a prepaid shipping label whenever a buyer claims an item is 'not as described'. Period. [Yes, eBay favors buyers over sellers ... just like all selling platforms do. ]
You not only would be wasting your time contacting eBay ... but you will be receiving a defect, forfeit your fees, and likely lose BOTH the camera and your money if you allow the buyer to bring eBay into the case.
You listed the camera as 'Used' ... meaning it is "fully operational and functions as intended". eBay knows that you can't provide any evidence of the condition of the camera at the time the buyer received it ... only when it still was in your hands ... so you don't have any chance whatsoever of winning the case.
I'm being harsh deliberately so that you don't delay issuing the return shipping label. So many sellers post here after eBay has refunded the buyer and let them keep the item ... and I don't want that happening to you. I wish I could tell you differently.
EDITTED TO ADD: You probably should have listed the Item Condition as 'For parts or not working' if there was anything about it that wasn't 'fully functioning' ... like the 'speeds'. I recommend you do that if you relist it.

Your stating that EBAY is more buyer friendly validates my view that the seller is not respected or assisted and that a false claim will not be accepted. This is the second time within the past 3 months that this has happened. I have decided to NEVER AGAIN trust EBAY to be of assistance to sellers and so have resolved to NEVER AGAIN sell on EBAY as dishonest buyers are given preference over honest sellers.
