 ebay and paypal  can do nothing about me,order a android tvbox came looking nice but

ot working just lock on logo and ebay and paypal can`t even help me so best to pay with

credit card ebay i never had any problem before ,the seller can sell anything even broken 

and nothing we can dand o.

What exactly did you do to get your money back with eBay and PayPal? How long after receiving your product did you pursue a refund?

Apparently, you've neglected to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

If you had read it, you'd know that a buyer can open an item not as described case in the Resolution Center if the item he receives is not as described.  He has 30 days after receipt to do this with eBay.

You are so wrong in your statement that eBay and Paypal can do nothing for you.
