**bleep** AI enabled message control

I have been trying for days to contact various sellers.

 so I click contact seller and I see all the rules and it says AI enabled.

 I see the cursor blinking but when I try to type nothing happens.

when i TRY to get answers it says chat with an Ai agent

I need real answers from a real person and can not resolve a problem with a robot,

by asking the robot to solve the problem it created.

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.

If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.

To contact a seller:

• Go to either a listing page of the seller or go to their feedback profile page and click on "Contact seller".
• Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"
• In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question inside the box where it says "Send message"
• Click on the "Send message" button.
