Does anyone know how to set up "confirm your best offer payment method" on the best offer listings for sellers? Some sellers are able to make the buyer guarantee a payment for their offer if the seller accepts.
Anyone?

Towards the bottom of your Buyer Requirements you can opt in or out of the pre-authorization requirement for Best Offers (still an experiment* as far as I can tell--only some buyer are subject to it, not all).
*ETA: And there are still major problems with it: It makes combining shipping a nightmare to impossible; it doesn't guarantee payment because the hold lowers the buyer's available balance with the funding source and often lowers it to below the payment required for the item and therefore the actual payment transaction doesn't go through because eBay submits it as a new transaction rather than closing out the pre-auth hold.

Great, thanks! Gonna' try to find it AGAIN. Sick of these people making offers and not paying.

The box was already checked. Not making the buyers submit legit payment though. Oh well.

AGAIN, not all buyers are included in the experiment.
ETA: You have to click the little "i" in a circle icon to the right of the requirment to get the important info: ". . . Currently, this impacts only a select group of buyers."
