Does the card have the Authenticity Guarantee?
If not, sellers are required to list their items with accurate descriptions. If you feel the item you receive is not accurate, you file a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described. The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay for a return shipping label =OR= the seller can send a full refund and not require return of the item. If the seller does neither, on day 4, you can go back to the request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
