Been selling on ebay for years. Been printing my shipping labels for years..no problems . All of a sudden this week the five labels I printed could not scan at the post office. They said the lines in the bar code were too bold and thick and not spaced properly????? I have an Epson workforce pro 3820. I attempted several times to reprint....same prolem. If I take the qr code to the post office it prints properly...... Anyone have any ideas what my problem could be and why it would develop in the last 5 days...I have not made any changes to printer or server?? Im at a loss.

I did a live chat with an ebay employee as well as an epson representative and I got no where !!!
You are the only one that gave me any sound advice and helped me solve this. I do all my ebay stuff on my laptop.......don't like to use the phone...screen is too small for one thing...ha ha
What Ive always done is go to my ebay...on the laptop....click on alerts where it tells me my item has sold and been paid for and then I click print shipping label and it has always worked.......
Until Firefox and safari fix their bug I will continue to print from the pdf.....thanks again for the infomation.
Im all set.....stay safe

UPDATE: Firefox reports this has been fixed with V106, but I don't know that it has been released yet. Anyone using a Mac and has this FF version, please come back and let others know whether it works or not.

I took the advice of someone here on the forum and I save the label to a pdf file and print from there…no problems…but the next time I need a label I will try the old way again and report back. Thank you everyone for taking time to help a fellow human.

You will need to update Firefox to V106, but I don't think is available yet from the auto update, but you may be able to download it from the FF website.
