Problem with a return

The label that was sent for my return was invalid. I paid for shipping. The seller will not replace the tracking number of the invalid label with the new one I provided. They keep insisting I use their label.

Problem with a return

Go to your return and enter the new tracking # so that you get your refund.  eBay can not force the seller to reimburse you for the shipping - you needed to ask for help before paying for it.

 

If you can't edit the tracking #, ask customer service for assistance.
