So I bought 8 or so items from a seller that I've bought from before. He lists items every few day. I win a couple of auctions and ask him if it's ok if I delay payment until I bid on some other items that end in about a week. He says sure, no problem. Then a few days later I get a message that says the winning bids have been cancelled for non payment. He replies that he does not know how to change the setting but that he will save them for me. I bid on the items and win several then contact the seller to give me an invoice for all my won items. He says he can't include the cancelled items but that he'll just add the cost of the cancelled items to the shipping cost. So I pay this guy and I receive the items but he messed up the order by sending an incorrect item. He refunds me for that item.
Then, I try to make a bid on something the other day and it says since I have 2 orders in the past 12 months of non payment, I can't bid.
I've contacted an agent who was absolutely no help at all and now apparently you can't send an email to appeal my case.
What am I supposed to do? Thanks for any help.

You can appeal the non-payment records where the seller promised you more time but then cancelled within that extension: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/appealing-unpaid-cancellation-record?id=43...
