Hello,
I bought an item from eBay which doesn't so I am willing to return it. I didn't realize that first I should print a return label that has the tracking number and by mistake, I copied and pasted an order number or something else in place of the tracking number and submitted it. As I filled the tracking number space it is assuming the item is ready to be sent... I don't understand what to do and how to return the item for a refund? eBay doesn't even have a legit customer service number.. please help.
