it is something crazy try to buy on ebay.

System blocked me without reason. I just rigestered. please help me what should I do.

that happens with new accounts sometimes.

Have you verified your account?  Usually by adding a credit/debit card to your account.

If you need to speak with an ebay rep -

Scroll down to the bottom of that page
-click on "Contact us"
-in the Help Chat box that opens click on "See more" until you see the "Contact an agent" option,
or...type "Agent" in the reply box to bypass the bots
You should see the option to Chat with agent, or have them call you.

i tried to paid by card , by pay pal

nothing

how people can work with this bad service?

Honestly I've rarely had any problems using this site.
