an item came as it's not descriped

Hello, i've purchased a laptop , there were only hairline mark on the screen mentioned on the description , but i lately discovered that the Bluetooth is removed from the device , no camera and the right headphone is not working properly !!! 
can  you help me with that , what should i do , i purchased this item 4 months ago
