Buyers do NOT need insurance.  We are completely protected by eBay if the item is lost or damaged in transit.

If the unit doesn’t work … then what you do is file a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History, choosing ‘Doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.

Please read eBay’s Money Back Guarantee (with a link in every listing) so that you’re aware of your buyer protection AND know what steps to take if you ever run into a problem.

If the seller wants the protection of insurance … then they’ll buy it themselves.  Buyers don’t need it.
