accepting a return

Hi, I accepted a return because the buyer "didn't like it". I refunded the purchase price minus the shipping. The buyer left negative feedback because of this. Ebay will not remove it. It is my understanding that when you accept a return,  a buyer is not able to leave any feedback.

I'm reaching out to the community so that i dont have this issue again. thanks in advance

@bellomatteo63ooc   Sorry to say the feedback removal policies have changed.    Feedback can be left even when you accept a return.  

If it doesn't violate one of eBay's policies on this page they are not removing it.  😞
