a pop-up window always shows "www.google.com refused to connect "

when I send the message to the buyer, the system always show a pop-up window  "www.google.com refused to connect " 

I changed another computer, the same issue, what's wrong with my account?

Your account is fine -- eBay has a problem sending messages lately.

If you have the eBay app, you should be able to send messages with images attached that way.
