Your Choice Items for sale

I have a tow pair of candle holders Amber and Clear YOUR CHOICE. The customer paid for them as well as another pair of clear holders. But didn't indicate which she wanted. I have sent several messages asking for her choice. I was thinking of just shipping the clear. What your opinion.  Thanks

First of all, you need to use the variation listing format for choice listings to avoid this problem.

If you don't hear back from the buyer within a day or two, I think I would cancel the sale and send the buyer another message letting her know that she can repurchase if she still wants the item, indicating in the notes section which color she wants. It should be OK to use problem with buyer's address for the reason on this one.

Looking at your main photo, the buyer will be expecting to receive all 4 candle holders.

I agree with @kensgiftshop 

YOU need to ship the buyer all of those in the picture. 

Your listing violated ebay policy.

It is only right that you send the buyer all items.
