I have entered the wrong tracking number into an item that I’ve sold. The item was delivered but it doesn’t say that, so I can’t get paid. When I go in and edit it to the right tracking number is says that it is being used by a different seller. I’m not sure how to get paid, also I can confirm the item was delivered with the receipt plus the buyer wrote feedback that it was delivered. How do I get paid?
