I change my default address and made an offer on an item. However, when my offer was accepted by the seller, the shipping address is not correctly showing. This is a purchase for my grandson who lives in another state. I checked my eBay account and confirmed That I had set my default shipping address to where my grandson lives. What should I do? I have tried contacting eBay support and it just takes me to frequently ask questions. I wrote to the seller and provided the correct shipping address, and the seller responded asking me to update my address in eBay. That is when I confirm that my default shipping address is actually where this item should be delivered But instead of eBay is using my billing address .

The seller can not change the address.
Ask the seller to cancel your purchase and relist the item so you can buy it again. Make sure that the correct address shows in checkout before you click purchase. If it does not, change it manually. Then go back and check your shipping address here - https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
