What can I do when I receive the wrong amount of an item and I already paid the seller in full but they mailed the wrong amount of goods. I paid for 8 pack bars of soap and only received 1 bar. I contacted the seller and they answered me saying do a return through EBay I did but the process is not working for me. The seller emailed me a label and I have to copy the label find packaging for the wrong item and pay for shipping back to the seller. How am I stuck doing all this work when I wasn’t the one that messed up. All I asked for is that they deliver the 7 bars of soap or refund my money. The seller is now ghosting me they won’t answer any of my follow up messages about this issue. What can I do about this?

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
