Wrong item received

Seller has not made order right, keeps asking for order number, which I sent screen shot and wrote number in, now I can't leave feed back, says since I'm new to eBay, I've been shopping on eBay for 20 years. Anyone else have trouble like that?

eBay has created an account for me, I don't know why, I always shopped as quest since it would not recognize my old account from 20 yrs ago

You need to log out of this account, and into the one you created 20 years ago, using the user ID and password.

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
