I used guest checkout to make a purchase, but the wrong part was shipped to me. At first I went through the return process, but then thought that maybe that isn't what I should do because I want to exchange what I received for the correct part, so I canceled it. Now the order details can't be found on ebay's website, and so I can't do any further action on the order. I made an account and messaged the seller, and called their business to no avail. I also cannot contact ebay customer service because it doesn't seem to exist as far as I can tell.
Please help me! Thanks!

Hey @stuff4divas, thanks for providing that link. That is what I originally did when I first attempted to return the item. I then canceled the return because I wasn't sure it was the correct thing to be doing given that I wanted to exchange it for the correct item I originally ordered. Now that I've canceled it, I can't go through the process again and seem to be screwed. I get messages saying that the order cannot be found.

@weit4348 oh, yes, once u cancel a return, it cannot be re opened. if u paid with paypal, open a case there. if u paid with a credit card, dispute it.
