How do I return an item, and get the right item. I need to speak to a human.

@ricke_1227. No need to talk to customer service,  just file a not as described refund refund request.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.   Or select wrong item sent.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

No need to speak to anyone.

File a Return Request.

• Within 30 days after delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “wrong item received". Attach a photo.
• The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
• If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
