I have issued a return for a buyer of mine but eBay issued the wrong shipping label (Priority Mail) for a TV size package. The post office has already rejected my first shipping using this type of label. When I bought the return shipping label for a buyer, the return shipping label was under USPS Priority Mail. How can I void this shipping label from eBay?

You're not charged for the eBay issued return label unless it's used.
eBay only issues First Class or Priority Mail return labels, if you need something different for that large box, you will have to purchase a return label from another source (PayPal.com/shipnow) and either upload it to the return if that's possible, or save it as jpg and attach it to a Message to the buyer.

That's odd - eBay generally issues a label that says first class return service, which is good up to 70 pounds.
You are not charged for return labels issued through returns requests until it is used. So as long as the buyer did not have their PO scan it, then you will not be charged.
You can create your own return label to send to the buyer at paypal.com. Print the label to a jpeg file and send it to the buyer in a message. Ask the buyer to enter the new tracking # into the return.
