Seller sent wrong item. Won't make good because he provided proof of delivery. How r is this?
The rationale that proof of delivery was made doesn't make sense if the wrong item was delivered. I don't give a care if the item was delivered on time. The seller won't make good. Short of a lawsuit what can a buyer do?

Proof of delivery will allow a seller to win an "Item Not Received" case, as the seller can demonstrate that something was received.

Is that the type of case you opened?
If the seller has delivered something other than what you ordered, you should open a "Not as Described" case, using the reason "it doesn’t match the listing description", or "it's the wrong item". Typically the seller will be required to provide a shipping label so you can return the item for a refund.

And you can NOT force the seller to ship the right item, you can only get a REFUND of your payment
