Wow 18 years and EBAY is trying to screw me over

So somehow EBAY sided with the buyer who claimed my item was damaged. FIRST it said no returns. They claim defected and I lost my money. AND shipping back. Guess what? After EBAY tried to take the funds out of my account a SECOND time I called. Guess what.. The Guy at EBAY ADMITS the buyer DROPPED THE ITEM!!!! So now I get that after information they don't want to return my shipping or money because it was after the case closed! I didn't get the information  until AFTER I lost my refund and ebay tried to remove my funds a second time!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Three service requests and over 1.5hrs of calls.

Hard to believe that in 18 years you have never read eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

Just curious, how do you suppose some customer support person at eBay would know that the buyer dropped the item? I only ask that because sometimes the CS folks are known to tell a caller what they want to hear just to get them off the phone.

ALWAYS be honest and exceedingly FAIR!
