I recently left a "neutral" feedback on a purchase I made due to a misunderstanding. Through some investigation on my part communication with the seller, I got the issues fully resolved and I would very much like to change my feedback to completely positive. Unfortunately, it seems that I can't do that. The seller says she can't either. Certainly there must be a way. I'd really like to give the seller the very positive review they deserve. Can someone help?

In the case of a negative, you could request a feedback revision form from the seller. Bu, you can't revise a neutral. Unfortunately, it will stand.
Next time communicate with the seller rather than communicate a long message through feedback.

Thanks for the prompt and clear reply. For what it's worth, I think eBay should allow a buyer to modify their feedback, favorably or unfavorably. I don't see any reason why that would be a bad idea, and plenty of reasons (including in my current situation) that it would be a good idea.
