Withholding return shipping cost on a "Remorse purchase" I can't se how much it is

A buyer returned an item and I want to refund them minus the return shipping charge. This is assuming I will be on the hook for that.

Where can I see how much the return shipping charge is? I don't see a line item for it. 

I have to issue the refund today and am going to subtract the cost of the return shipping label because it's a "remorse" return and I offer no free returns though the user filed a bogus claim stating the description didn't match the item.

Who pays the return shipping is decided by the reason the buyer selected fro return.  If eBay charged you for the label, you will not have the option to deduct the cost from the refund - you can only issue a full refund if the reason falls under not as described.
